My name is Claudia Ocampo, MS, LPC-S, RPT-S™.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor, a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor™, and an Approved EMDR Consultant. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in 2003 and Master of Science in Counseling Psychology in 2008. I'm also an Approved CE Provider for the Association of Play Therapy and EMDR International Association.

Since 1999, I have been helping people define and achieve goals to overcome personal obstacles. Having a wide range of intensive training in EMDR, IFS, Sand Therapy, Play Therapy and Neuroscience allows for specialized care for adults, teenagers, and children alike. This custom-tailored counseling style focuses on creativity and expressive arts rather than more conventional talk therapy. In this restorative process, we utilize approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Parts of Self, Sand Therapy, Play Therapy, and Expressive Arts to better help clients become the best version of themselves.

I am also committed to helping new clinicians excel in their practice while building confidence and competence in specialized therapeutic approaches. My supervision and consultation style is tailored, providing clinicians with the tools, insights, and strategies needed to navigate complex cases, and enhance their skills.
